1. General Information (For Items Only)
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location (For Items Only)
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Brunei Darussalam. Any delivery outside of Brunei Darussalam are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time (For Items Only)
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not deliver on Sundays.
4. Delivery Instructions (For Items Only)
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
5. Delivery Costs (For Items Only)
Delivery costs are based on flat rate. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, delivery charges will be displayed.
Below are the delivery rates for each districts:
- Brunei Muara – $4
- Tutong – $5
- Kuala Belait – $5
- Temburong – $7
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.
7. Local Pickup (For Items Only)
We offer local pick up for items only at the following location (not applicable to tickets):
Seri Mekar Estate
Unit 16, 1st Floor, Block B Q-lap Complex,
Simpang 88, Kg Kiulap
Most in stock orders will be ready for pickup the very next day (excluding Sundays). Simply select the local pickup option during checkout. There is $1 charges for pick-up arrangement.
Most orders placed before 5 p.m. will be available for next business day pick up at the location of your choice.
Pick-up time is during office hours: Monday to Thursday; 9am – 4pm
